Welcome, 2025!

 The first week of 2025 has been suspiciously smooth and full of good tidings. It's unsettling for things to go so well for such a period of time (read: 3 weeks). Where are the fires? The catastrophes, minor and major?

Us right now: Suffering from Success

To recap:

—We added a jumbo flysheet to reduce afternoon heat at Homage
—Received another order of espresso beans to send to Kalimantan!
—Lots of progress with administrative stuff 
—A significant breakthrough with cheese biscuits with the "new" old oven
—Finalized a nice new chocolate muffin recipe
—Successfully made 1.5KG of ~Bulgarian yogurt
—Slowly developing plans to improve the bar and tea offerings
—Chipping away at fancy new packaging for Pullo

Life was looking far more bleak just 3 weeks ago.

I don't know where this year will lead, but I can say I'm actually excited about what's in store. I'm happy. Wow!
